About this Novel
An ABO/Mafia novel
ESC (Escape): To depart from a specific code or language. i.e. To exit an existing pattern (IT terminology)
“Ryu Jin, if you try to bullshit me, I’ll rip out your tongue and gouge out your eyeballs one at a time.”
This was unbelievable! He never thought he’d meet someone in his life who would actually utter these kinds of threats, and mean them. He’d only been alive for a little over twenty years now, but life is so fucking unpredictable.
“If you kill me, you might feel a little satisfaction, but won’t get you your billion dollars back.”
“……what about it?”
“I will get it all back to you in one year.”
Ryu Jin, who was very clever, tried to negotiate with the Russian mafia boss. For sure, he was only trying to pay back the money he owed, so why……did he end up in that kind of relationship with him?
“Embrace me! This so excruciating….”
Ryu Jin didn’t try to hide his desire. Each time he struggled, the strong scent of flowers permeated through the air more heavily, several times, even Ilya had to wet his parched lips with his tongue.
“There is no such thing as an innocent creature.”
Normally, out of anger, Ilya would have already pulled the trigger of the gun he had pointed at Ryujin’s head. However, this time he couldn’t. Ilya seized Ryu Jin’s chin and lifted his gaze to meet his eyes. The redrimmed teary eyes stimulated the severe side of his nature.
“Are you……going to give it to me?”
“……The only thing you can think of is sex.”
Ilya whispered in astonishment, but I was in no position to talk. It was the same for Ilya, who was consumed with desire.
This is a 4 book series, ESC, and a (so far) 3 book spin-off, CTRL.
So this one gives me an Assorted Wildness, Dear Benjamin feel. Story-wise it’s not like either of those Manhwa(s) or novels, but it has elements about it that I like which are similar to the elements I like about those titles. I will be translating having only read half of the first novel. I don’t seem to stay interested in translating stories that I’ve already read. With that said, it’s not a wise way of doing it, but I am a fool so…
