Palace of Bardo – 바르도의 궁
by Bamil-ssi (바밀씨)
About this title
pal·ace/ ˈpaləs/ noun: palace; plural noun: palaces -the official residence of a sovereign, archbishop, bishop, or other exalted person. The royal palace.
bar·do/ ˈbärdō/ noun (in Tibetan Buddhism) – a state of existence between death and rebirth, varying in length according to a person’s conduct in life and manner of, or age at, death. Bardo – usually refers to the gap between lives. According to Tibetan teachings, there are three death bardos: the painful bardo of dying, the luminous bardo of dharmata, and the karmic bardo of becoming.
You cannot escape karma even in death!
All our actions in life build karma. If your karma is too much to be settled in the Bardo, the midway point between life and death, you will be fated to repeat it again and again.
Can fate be avoided? Gok Yeo-Heun is being taken down the same paths as in his previous life. The same events are beginning to repeat anew in this incarnation. Will it be possible to change the mistakes of the past now that he has yet again become the obsession of the all-powerful Emperor…
The same man that drove him to his death in his previous life.
